  • Please be aware that insurance can only be billed for medically necessary conditions. Unfortunately, acupuncture is only considered medically necessary for active pain conditions. If you are seeking care for other reasons (i.e. mental/emotional/somatic support) I am unable to bill your insurance.

    I am in-network with Providence Health Plans and Regence BlueCross BlueShield.

    I also accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) via auto-insurance, if you have sustained any injuries due to a recent motor vehicle accident (MVA).

    If you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits, I can provide an invoice of our session that you can submit to your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to research what out-of-network benefits you may have and whether you will receive any reimbursement. 

    There is an out-of-pocket add on fee for extending insurance appointments beyond 60 minutes, and for non-covered services such as craniosacral therapy, somatic therapies and NeuroAffective Touch.

  • I accept cash, check, or credit/debit card payment (including an FSH or HSA card).

    You will be charged at the end of each session.
